DJ Campton-Sturridge’s hat-trick helped Oxford City thump Darlington.
The Hoops enjoyed a fast start as Ewan Clark’s burst down the left saw the ball recycled to Josh Ashby on the edge of the box and he slotted home in just the second minute.
City’s new-look front three caused continuous problems to Darlington, and after the half-hour made it two when a good move saw the ball fall to the feet of Zac McEachran, who turned and rifled into the bottom corner.
