STRUGGLES CONTINUE FOR AYCLIFFE

NEWTON AYCLIFFE 1 GARFORTH TOWN 3

GARFORTH Town were comprehensive victors against strugglers Newton Aycliffe at Moore Lane.
Luke Aldrich opened the scoring for Garforth in the 35th minute when he found the net from a crowded box.
A few seconds later Aycliffe’s Andrew Nelson found himself one-on-one with Harry Flatters but the keeper denied him.
Charlie Marshall scored the second for Garforth in the 65th minute after a rapid counter-attack.
And Garforth wrapped up the game a few minutes later when substitute Joe Allerton chipped over Kyle Sey...
