OWEN Windsor’s stunning home form continued as his brace earned a fine win.
The Bath City striker made it five in four games at Twerton to move the Romans above the Whites.
After debutant Harry Pell warmed Will Buse’s gloves early, City opened the scoring on 14 minutes.
Brad Ash did exceptionally well to keep the ball in from the byline for the onrushing Windsor, who slammed in from close range.
Luke Russe struck the bar as the hosts penned Salisbury back, with a second arriving in first half added time.
