■ SILSDEN and Brighouse  shared the Boxing Day spoils at a sunny and breezy Regal  Interiors Stadium.
Brighouse took the lead after six minutes, with Nathan Curtis beating Tommy Brown.
Luke Brooksbank led the Cobydalers’ chase for an equaliser and he struck in the 23rd minute, firing into the bottom corner.
In the 26th minute Kayle Price almost scored for Silsden.
Before the break, Jake Maltby hit a Brighouse post and another chance was cleared off the line.
