A LUKE COULSON hat-trick as well as an Emlyn Lewis finish saw the Seagulls move up to second in the table with a win over Farnborough.
Seagulls debutant Luke Spokes went close early on with a shot that struck the crossbar from 18 yards following a lay-off from Charlie Cummins.
Coulson was to bag his first of the afternoon when he curled a free-kick in from 25 yards following a foul on Spokes at the end of a tantalising run through the Farnborough midfield.
