Liam Hughes says Cleethorpes Town’s aspirations remind him of Worksop Town – and he’s hungry to help achieve them.
The 33-year-old has made the switch from the National League North Tigers to the NPL Premier Owls for an undisclosed fee.
With a busy day job, the club’s location and less travelling at Step 3 make it a perfect fit.
But having played a major role – including 95 goals in 145 games – in Worksop’s two promotions to where they are now, Hughes would love to experience it all again.
