■ HONOURS were even on a bitterly cold day as Sheppey twice hit back to equalise.
Town scored after only 20 seconds when good play between Aaron Capon and Alfie Rogers caught Sheppey cold and Capon slotted home.
Five minutes later Lex Allen hit the bar for Sheppey and just after half an hour Hassan Ibrahiym crossed for Billy Bennet to volley the home side level.
The visitors squandered two chances to give them a half-time lead, however, ten minutes after the restart they were ahead again as Capon headed down for Rogers to stab home.
