AFC Whyteleafe and VCD Athletic shared four goals at Church Road in a draw that had a dramatic climax.
Vickers took the lead after ten minutes with a powerful shot from David Ozobia that gave Slav Huk no chance.
Midway through the half, Moses Emmanuel was brought down by Archie Burford and Helge Orome’s penalty beat him.
The second-half started with a bang, Burford stopped Emmanuel scoring and, almost immediately, at the other end, Jack Nelson finished off a quick counter-attack.
