MALDON & Tiptree bounced back from last week’s defeat with a comprehensive win over Newmarket Town.
Anthony Wordsworth got the Jammers off to an ideal start as he tapped home following a brilliant cross from Jack Cawley.
The Jammers were dominant from the first whistle to the last and their cause was helped when Newmarket’s Josh Lee was red carded in first half stoppage time.
Mikey Faulkner bagged Maldon’s second with just under 20 minutes left with a stunning strike into the top corner.
