Paul Reed has warned his Leighton Town troops not to rest on their laurels as the club go in search of a historic promotion.
The Reds have enjoyed an unexpected rise to the top of the Southern League Central Division table this season having just survived relegation by the skin of their teeth last term.
With 12 games left to define their season, the Bedfordshire club are on the verge of Step 3 football for the first time in their history, but boss Reed, a former Luton Town and Tottenham academy coach, is warning his players against complacency.
