IT will feel like two points missed, rather than one gained for mid-table Leek Town after keeping league leaders Hebburn Town goalless during another twist in the standings.
An entertaining first-half played in persistent rainfall saw both strike the woodwork.
Robert Briggs put a little too much curl on a direct free-kick, hitting the outside of the Leek upright while Jack Stafford’s drive smacked against the Hebburn post.
