CROWDS FLOCK FOR TOP GROUNDHOP

THE hugely-popular North West Counties League Groundhop culminates today (Sunday) with two more games – on the back of bumper crowds over the weekend.
Organised by Ground-Hop UK, a staggering 895 spectators turned out on Friday night for the 0-0draw between Darwen and Colne in the First Division North.
That was followed yesterday by a morning kick-off between Fulwood Amateurs and Garstang where a 519-strong crowd saw bottom club
Garstang fight back from two goals down courtesy of a brace from Wes Bajraliu.
