MAIDSTONE UNITED’S play-off hopes took a knock as Chesham romped to a convincing win, in which Kai Yearn stole the show with all the home side’s goals.
Yearn opened the scoring with a low drive after Alex Lafleur won the ball in the visitors’ area. Chesham grew in confidence and Karl Oliyide had a shot parried by keeper Lenny Holden. On 38 minutes Yearn and Lafleur combined again and Yearn shot low inside the far post to make it 2-0.
