Citizens switch is long overdue

AS the season enters its business end, the issue around restructuring is once again rearing its head. Winchester City find themselves chasing a play-off spot, but also the easternmost club in the Southern League Division One South by far.
At the time of writing this, all four clubs in the Southern League Premier South relegation zone are located west of Winchester. As such, should City fail to achieve promotion back to Step 3, they should be moved laterally into the Isthmian League South Central.
It’s the only league that makes sense; it would mean much shorter travel distance...
