Leech treble keeps Daggers’ bid alive

DAGENHAM & Redbridge kept their faint play-off hopes alive with an eventually comfortable defeat of Hampton & Richmond Borough.
After 18 minutes, a long free-kick from Conor Lawless was headed down by Paul Kalambayi and Stan Leech netted from inside the six-yard box.
In response, Daniel Nkrumah found space inside the box to reach Eduino Vaz’s cross, but Sam Howes made a brilliant point-blank save.
