Southend United boss Kevin Maher felt the Shrimpers looked flat during their stalemate with Solihull Moors at Roots Hall.
A share of the spoils, coupled with FC Halifax Town also drawing, edged the Shrimpers closer to confirming their place in the end-of-season play-offs.
But Maher suggested Southend’s players – who still boast two games in hand over the chasing Shaymen – were not quite at their best during a drab goalless encounter.
