A TURBULENT week
■for VCD Athletic ended in further disappointment as they lost heavily to Eastbourne in their last home game at Oakwood.
Jude Macdonald’s side went in front early on when Alfie Rogers produced a clinical finish to beat Toby
Waller.
And Town doubled their advantage after just 17 minutes when Jack Murphy smashed a rocket from outside the area, which gave Waller no chance on its way into the top corner.
