NEW manager Lee Martin is beginning to piece together his Whitstable Town squad ahead of their first Isthmian South East campaign next season.
Martin has swooped to sign experienced striker Tom Derry having represented a number of clubs at Step 3, including Folkestone Invicta, Cray Wanderers, Kingstonian and Margate.
The boss said of the 31-year-old: “Tom gives us a real focal point at the top end of the pitch and that’s something every successful side needs.”
