ALEX IN FOR A LONG HAUL

LONG Eaton United have completed the signing of long-serving Carlton Town midfielder Alex Howes.
The 26-year-old joins the Blues after five seasons with Carlton, where he made over 150 appearances and scored 18 goals.
His impressive career CV to date also includes loan spells at Tamworth and Coalville Town, plus five appearances for boyhood club Notts County during their 2016/17 League Two campaign.
