BOARS PAIR STAND DOWN

EVERSLEY & California are seeking a new management team after player-manager Mitch Cooper and joint boss Darryl Jelly quit the Combined Counties Premier South side after nearly two seasons at the helm.
The pair led the Boars to promotion from Division One in 2024-25 and then to Step 5 safety last season.
Cooper said: “What an incredible 18 months it has been. Together, we achieved promotion and then followed that up by securing our place at Step 5 the following season – something everyone should be immensely proud of.”
