Underwood, who spent nine-and-a-half successful years alongside Neil Baker in charge of Slough Town, recently joined the board and became director of football at the Combined Counties Premier South outfit.
His remit oversees both the men’s and women’s side of a club he believes is nowhere near its ceiling.
