Penrith mourn legendary Billy

PENRITH are mourning the loss of much-loved chairman Brian ‘Billy’ Williams, who has died at the age of 79 – just days before the start of the new Northern League season.
Williams was involved with the Cumbrian club for over 60 years, as player, manager and chairman, and is widely respected throughout county football circles and beyond.
