Non-League legend Ronnie Henry has urged young players to leave the bubble of academies to get crucial experience lower down the pyramid.
Henry, 42, helped both Stevenage and Luton Town reach the Football League before enjoying spells at Billericay Town, Royston Town and, most recently, Potters Bar Town.
He retired last year and returned to Luton as a professional development phase assistant coach, focusing on developing the club...
