Lower Breck are already in uncharted FA Cup territory but if they want to go even further then they’ll need to recruit a new goalkeeper.
Monday’s draw meant the Merseysiders, a Northern Premier League West Division team that has reached the second qualifying round for the first time, are preparing for a home date with Chester.
However, Breck’s no.1 this season, Alex Brown, has been borrowed from the National League North club and won’t feature.
