Southend United fans didn’t stop singing at Meadow Lane last Tuesday night.
The Shrimpers supporters have certainly been making their voices heard in recent weeks, with protests against owner Ron Martin before last weekend’s game against Gateshead even forcing road closures around Roots Hall.
Their efforts were clearly appreciated by Kevin Maher and his players as they all went over to applaud following defeat.
