ALL CHANGE: Bromley began their new era yesterdayNEAL Ardley leaving Notts County was a shock but Neil Smith’s exit from Bromley was simply astonishing!Why would a club would get rid of someone who has done so much for them – and sitting in the play-off places?It makes me wonder what exactly the expectation is?
