Boucaud joins the Bees after making over 150 appearances for the Daggers. The 33-year-old midfielder brings a wealth of experience to The Hive Stadium having previously represented the likes of Peterborough United, Wycombe Wanderers and Luton Town.
The midfielder has also obtained 47 caps for the Trinidad and Tobago National side.
Sparkes has put pen to paper on a two-year-deal having played 25 times under John Still last season.
Before joining Dagenham, the 26-year-old left midfielder was a first team regular at Torquay United.
