Andy Dales has secured a move to the Football League by joining Scunthorpe United.
The winger had a hugely productive season with Northern Premier League side Mickleover Sports, where he found the net 23 times to help the Sports to a 13th place finish.
Dales’ performances also earned him a spot in the Evostik NPL Premier Division team of the year for last season.
The 23-year-old is believed to have caught the eye of several Football League clubs whilst playing at Jamie Vardy’s V9 Academy this summer.
Dales has put pen to paper on a two-year-deal at Glanford Park and has already linked up with his new teammates for the start of pre-season training.
As well as representing Mickleover, the winger has also spent time with Derby County.
