York City boss Steve Watson has today brought in a another new signing, in the form of midfielder Scott Burgess who joins on a loan deal from League Two side Bury until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old has made 22 first team appearances during his 6 year association with the Shakers and collected a National League winners medal after spending last season on loan at Macclesfield Town.
A product of the Bury youth system, he has previously played on loan for Stalybridge Celtic in National League North and spent a period with National League title challengers Wrexham this season.
Burgess is the second new arrival at the club in the space of 24 hours after manager Steve Watson signed former City midfielder Paddy McLaughlin on loan until the end of the season from Hartlepool United.
