Scott Rendell rallies the troops at Aldershot

Aldershot captain Scott Rendell has issues a rallying call ahead of a vital week of fixtures for his relegation threatened side.
The Shots, who are currently sitting nine points adrift of safety with just eight games left to play, face on Saturday before facing off against fellow strugglers in mid week.
Speaking to Surrey Live, Rendall said, “You just need the first win, however it comes
“Everything looks dull and dark and dreary at the moment but it's amazing what happens in and no one in the changing room is going to give up. We just need to leave it all out there and get that first win and then anything can happen.
“They are all massive games now. You look at the games we have coming up; Boreham Wood, , Dover, Maidstone and Havant.
“They are games that if you want to stay up then you have to win. That's the bottom line because if you don't win those games at this point in the season then you probably don't deserve to stay up.
“Everyone is fighting for their lives and it's about who wants it more.
After reaching the play-offs last season, Aldershot have come crashing back down to earth this year, having only won eight times this year.
