Willis saved a penalty from England’s Daley Woods to earn his team a share of the spoils.
Both sides ended the tie with ten men after England’s Dan Stanton and Wales’ Sam Gostage saw red.

England Police now travel to Inverness next month to take on Scotland Police needing to win to secure the title whereas a draw would be sufficient for the hosts following their victory in Wales last month.
