Lee Bradbury back in management at Step 2

Lee

Eastbourne Borough have confirmed the appointment of Lee Bradbury after the departure of former boss Mark McGhee.

Bradbury has experience of guiding sides into the National League having masterminded Havant & Waterlooville’s progression up from Step 2 in 2018.

Unfortunately, for the former Bournmouth striker, the Hawks struggled in the National League this season and left the club after their relegation was confirmed last month.

After struggling near the wrong end of the table this season Eastbourne enjoyed a late season revival, which saw them pull clear of any relegation danger and finish the campaign with a respectable 18th place finish.

A brief statement on the club’s Twitter account read, “MANAGERIAL APPOINTMENT are delighted to name Lee Bradbury as the new First Team Manager Lee has experience with in recent years, and we are excited to have him at Priory Lane A further press release will follow
