Bostik Premier League side Carshalton Athletic have looked to the future by handing player-manager Peter Adeniyi a new three-year contract.
As part of the new arrangement, Adeniyi will also head up the club’s youth academy and help oversee the squads at both under 19 and under 23 levels.
The Robins boss has already been in charge of first team duties at the War Memorial Sports Ground for three seasons, guiding the club to the Bostik South title in 2018, before almost making it back to back promotions last season as Carshalton reached the play-offs following a second place finish in the Bostik Premier.
Speaking to the club’s official website, Adeniyi said, “I was delighted to sign off on this long-term opportunity.

“It was an easy decision as everyone has been amazing since I came here, from my colleagues to the backroom staff and especially the fans who have supported us throughout all the ups and downs.

“It’s a big compliment for the club to commit to me for three years and I’m going to do my best to help it get as high up the footballing ladder as possible.”
