LAST Saturday, I had the pleasure of attending the”Suffolkio” between Lakenheath and Mildenhall Town.
From the time we entered the ground we were made welcome by staff and volunteers and the vice-chairman of Mildenhall introduced himself and invited us to attend a Halloween event at their clubhouse that evening, which we did.
At the game, the crowd were good humoured and the standard of football very good. Unable to get a programme a lady volunteer found one and then walked around the ground to find me.
