JAMIE VERMIGLIO believes a first contract as Chorley boss is a pat on the back for the work so far – but says getting back into the National League’s top flight will be the biggest reward.
The Magpies have tied down boss Vermiglio and Andy Preece, who is director of football as well as assistant, to long-term deals.
It comes on the back of a strong start to the season that sees Chorley third in the National League North, following on from last season’s FA Cup heroics that took them to the fourth round.
