Ives hails new Premier League grant

NATIONAL LEAGUE general manager Mark Ives has thanked the Premier League after they handed out a £5m boost to be split among Step 1 and 2 clubs over the next four seasons.

NATIONAL LEAGUE general manager Mark Ives has thanked the Premier League after they handed out a £5m boost to be split among Step 1 and 2 clubs over the next four seasons.
The additional Covid Impact Funding includes £2m this season – to be split 50-50 between their two tiers – and £1m each season for the next three years. £20m is to be allocated among EFL clubs in League One and League Two.
