ALTRINCHAM went top of National League U19
Alliance Group H after a fine win over Wrexham at Manor Farm.
It was the game of the season so far, as Altrincham, who went into the game second in the league, hosted table-toppers Wrexham.
Striker Ryan Morton had his first chance of the game when he ran through the Wrexham rearguard but dragged his shot wide of the target.
In the 27th minute Altrincham thought they had taken the lead but a Harlan Rodgers-Morris shot crashed off the post.
