BLACKOS RAID STAR FOR DUO

THE demise of United Counties Premier South outfit Peterborough Northern Star has given a boost Division One strugglers Blackstones, who immediately swooped to recruit their manager Lloyd Burton and his assistant Jan Czarnecki.
Stamford-based Blackstones had been looking to appoint their third manager of the season following the departure of Ryan Hunnings, who had earlier replaced Alfie Tate.
Burton is now in his second spell at Blackstones having been assistant to then manager Mark Baines at the start of last season before joining Star.
