ROSS THORPE has been appointed as the new manager of Sutton Coldfield Town.
Thorpe is an ‘A’ licenced coach with experience at a number of clubs including at Cheltenham Town, where he acted as head of coaching, and Bromsgrove Sporting, where he worked on the management staff under boss Bren Kelly.
Thorpe, who is also a former assisiant manager at Chester, has enjoyed a positive spell as the NPL Midlands club’s interim manager for the last two matches, helping the club to a hard-fought 4-4 draw at Shepshed Dynamo last Saturday.
