THREE years ago, Jason Ngandu masterminded then Step 5 Leyton Athletic to a historic FA Cup adventure at the tender age of 25.
Now, he is looking to Non-League mentor Danny Cowley to help continue his footballing adventure – and he’s determined to follow the same path to success.
Ngandu, who led Leyton to their first ever FA Cup victory under their new guise after changing their name from Wadham Lodge, is now working as Head of Academy Recruitment at League One Portsmouth, a position which sees him work directly alongside Cowley brothers Danny and Nicky, who plied their trade...
