PETE IN A FOND FAREWELL TO FANS

FANS’ favourite Pete Jameson has thanked the York City fans for their support after earning a move into the EFL with Harrogate Town.
The 29-year-old goalkeeper played every minute of the Minstermen’s season which ended in promotion back to the National League through the play-offs.
Jameson, known as ‘The City Wall’, kept 19 clean sheets last season and crucially saved a penalty in the Play-Off Semi-Final away at Brackley Town, which helped seal him a move to League Two Town.
