STAINES IN NEW PENALTY BOX ROW

CRISIS club Staines Town have encountered another major setback in their ongoing dispute with the owners of their Wheatsheaf Park home – they claim they’re only allowed to play on a pitch with one penalty area!
In another bizarre statement hitting out against Downing LLP – the investment fund which controls and funds the operation of landlords The Thames Club – the club alleged that a parcel of land towards the car park end of the pitch actually belongs to a nearby resident and that resident has now legally been given back their land.
