YOU’VE got to be able to overcome every obstacle to achieve success on the pitch – and Billericay Town boss Danny Brown believes his troops can be muddy marvels in 2022-23.
Having sunk into the National League South quicksand last term and with a bunch of new players on board, the 41-year-old and his assistant Lawrie Wilson reckoned a day at the Nuclear Races obstacle course in Brentwood was just the ticket to kick-start a new beginning.
