THERE’S always been lots of debate around what constitutes the biggest jump in the National League System, either off-field or on.
For me, the biggest gaps occur between Steps 1 and 2, and between Steps 4 and 5.
Right now, over 30 clubs across the country are preparing for new life at Step 4.
