DIARY OF A GROUND HOPPER: West Allotment Celtic 0-7 Workington

I am anxious to get back up to my beloved north-east so an obvious choice for today is West Allotment Celtic at their ‘new’ ground. An added bonus is that they are hosting ex-League club Workington.

IT’S FA Cup day again; the season seems to be zooming by already!
I am anxious to get back up to my beloved north-east so an obvious choice for today is West Allotment Celtic at their ‘new’ ground. An added bonus is that they are hosting ex-League club Workington.
On the Friday evening before the match, I dash to my fixture booklet to find Newcastle United U18s are at home to Manchester City at 11.30am so I plan a double dose.
