FORMER Football League winger Jermaine McGlashan has landed his first manager’s job at Fleet Town. The 34-year-old ex-Cheltenham Town, Aldershot Town, Gillingham, Southend United, Swindon Town, Wrexham, Ebbsfleet United and Maidstone United midfielder joins the Combined Counties South club from his previous role of player/assistant manager at Leatherhead.
