KIDDERSMINSTER 3 BASFORD UTD 3

GOALKEEPING and defensive heroics from Kidderminster see them through to the next round of the League Cup, after an exciting battle with Basford writes Jonathan Senter.
The game finished 3-3 in regular time, and Kidderminster won the penalty shootout 4-3.
Basford struck first through Lewis Rourke, but Harriers’ forward Benjamin Philp put home an equaliser minutes later.
However, Basford quickly retook the lead with Rourke grabbing his second to put the Ambers a goal up at the break.
