A GOAL in each half from Ashley Hemmings fired Kidderminster Harriers into the National League at the expense of a Brackley side who failed to perform in front of a sell-out St James Park crowd.
A lively opening saw both sides go close to finding a breakthrough. Inside two minutes, Amari Morgan-Smith stabbed a shot wide of the Brackley goal and then, five minutes later, a Shepherd Murombedzi effort had to be guided over the bar by Harriers keeper Christian Dibble. From the resulting corner both George Carline and Murombedzi had efforts blocked.
