THOMMO CONNECTS TO MAIN

LEE Thompson has taken over as manager of Northern Counties East Premier side Maltby Main with Jamie Smith as his assistant.
Thompson, 41, played at England Youth International levels and as a professional player was managed by Neil Warnock at Sheffield United and Steve Evans at Boston United.
The pair are reunited with new Maltby chairman Kieran Gallagher who they worked under, as managers of Kiveton Miners Welfare last season.
Previous manager Andy Dawson quit a month after his co-boss Lee Whitehead left.
