DRISCOLL MAKES A STEP UP

MATTHEW Driscoll has been named after the new manager of Cinderford Town as they prepare to return to the Hellenic Premier after 28 years.
Driscoll, the former Merthyr Town, Afon Lido, Aberdare Town and Clevedon Town player, has been running Aberbargoed Buds in the Gwent County League Premier Division.
He replaces Alex Sykes who stood down after 16 months in charge with the club relegated after finishing 19th in Southern Division One South last season.
Rhys Llewellyn has joined as assistant coach.
